Job summary
A dynamic beauty brand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and issues via e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in customer service within an e-commerce environment. Strong communication skills and an interest in the beauty industry are essential. The role requires shift work, including weekends, based in South Jakarta.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, especially within e‑commerce.
- Familiar with major e‑commerce platforms and their operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and general questions by chat in e‑commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, etc).
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within an e‑commerce.
- Familiar with major e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) and their operational tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills that aligned with brand voice.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong Interest and knowledge in beauty industry (skincare and make up).
- Willing to work in shift including weekends or campaign periods.
