Job summary

A beauty-healthtech startup in Indonesia seeks a Customer Relations Officer to maintain an exceptional patient journey and experience. Qualifications
  • Min 2 years of experience in Customer Relations Officer
  • Experience in customer relations, preferably in the healthcare/bank sector (Having a certificate in customer service or customer relations can be a plus)
  • Experience in interacting with clients or customers directly
  • Experience in handling end to end customer journey
  • Experience in maintain good relationships with customers and create loyalty
  • Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints or problems quickly and effectively
  • Has extensive knowledge in Ms. Office and CRM Tool
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English (is advantage)
  • Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, & Bali Area
Role Description
  • Handling & maintain end to end customer journey & customer experience
  • Greet patients in a friendly manner and ensure they feel appreciated
  • Respond to patient inquiries with clear and accurate information regarding clinic services, doctor schedules, medical procedures, and costs
  • Receive and handle patient complaints effectively and empathetically, and provide appropriate solutions and record and report complaints and seek ways to prevent the same problem from recurring in the future
  • Ensure patients are satisfied with their service experience both in-clinic/online & Conduct surveys or ask for patient feedback to improve service quality
  • Collaborate with related stakeholder to ensure smooth service and reduce patient waiting times & deliver important information or service updates to patients in a clear and professional manner
