Responsibilities

• Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends.
• everything must be recorded through project management tools and timeline, you will be a person who guide and make sure each functions work as timeline and agreed
• Involve in a product development project from market research to product final launch
• Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product.
• In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process.
• Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field
• Able to run project management with tools is a must (microsoft project, mic. excel etc)
• Minimum 4-year experience in beauty product development.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
