INTEGRID is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Accounts Manager to join our team. As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs across legal, finance, tax, and human resources consulting services, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, tax, and HR consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and service agreements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of legal, finance, tax, or human resources consulting services is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
