About the roleWhat you'll be doing
- Crafting engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials to showcase our brand and offerings
- Collaborating with our sales and operations teams to generate leads and convert them into bookings
- Coordinating with external partners, such as influencers and media outlets, to amplify our brand presence and reach new potential customers
- Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights to continuously improve our communication strategies
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to our guidelines across all marketing touchpoints
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing communication role, preferably in the tourism or adventure travel industry
- Proficient in creating engaging content for digital and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data to drive strategic decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools and experience in event planning
