About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Crafting engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials to showcase our brand and offerings
  • Collaborating with our sales and operations teams to generate leads and convert them into bookings
  • Coordinating with external partners, such as influencers and media outlets, to amplify our brand presence and reach new potential customers
  • Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights to continuously improve our communication strategies
  • Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
  • Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to our guidelines across all marketing touchpoints

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing communication role, preferably in the tourism or adventure travel industry
  • Proficient in creating engaging content for digital and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data to drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
