Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CFA is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and monitor the company’s budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Develop detailed financial reports and analysis to support decision-making by management.
• Track and control company expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Work closely with department heads to collect budget inputs, clarify requirements, and provide guidance on budgetary matters.
• Conduct variance analysis (planned vs. actual costs) and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in identifying cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
