As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs across legal, finance, tax, and human resources consulting services, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, tax, and HR consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and service agreements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts management, client relations, or a similar role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
