About the Role

As a Utility Supervisor at PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's utility systems. This is a full‑time position based in Semarang, Central Java, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's utilities, including power, water, and waste management.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (strong current specialization is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Utility Supervisor or in a related position.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills.
• Good understanding of WWTP/WRP processes and utility machinery, both electrical and mechanical.
• Willing to be placed at Semarang, Central Java.
• Years of experience as a Utility Supervisor.
• Years of experience as a Chief of Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the utility section to ensure the continuous supply of utilities to the factory.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to keep utility equipment and infrastructure in good working order.
• Monitor and analyse utility usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate the WWTP/WRP section to achieve effectiveness and efficiency at the WWTP/WR plant.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for the WWTP/WRP and utility systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure utility requirements are met and aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
