Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement end-to-end talent management programs, including training, assessment, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and coordinate competency and leadership development programs.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, including KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, and development follow-up plans.
  • Manage competency and potential assessments as the basis for talent review, promotion, and employee movement.
  • Support talent review processes, career movement (promotion, mutation), and succession planning.
  • Review and update organizational structure, job descriptions, job evaluation in line with business needs.
  • Support employee retention and engagement programs.
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor Degree, major Psychology, Management (Human Resources), or related major.
  • Working experiences as HR Generalist (more preferable) at least 3 years. Strong knowledge and experience in: Training & development, Performance management, Talent review and succession planning, Organizational development.
  • Willing to learn and do the feasibility studies.
  • Strong in administrative tasks.
  • Good in communication skill.
