Job description

As a Management Trainee (MT) Sales Operation at PT Indomarco Adi Prima (Indofood Group), you will be joining a dynamic retail and consumer products organization. This is a contract position placement in Indonesia, where you will play a crucial role in the sales operation function.

What you’ll be doing

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop a strong understanding of the company's sales operations and processes
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products to customers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Provide support in reporting and performance tracking to help drive informed decision‑making
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates, and other resources
• Participate in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
• Assist in the training and development of sales team members
