Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
• Review payroll calculations, adjustments, deductions, and tax withholdings for accuracy
• Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Collaborate with HR and Finance
• Prepare payroll reports for management
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, or Technical Information (preferred)
• 3–5 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
