What you'll be doing?

Lead Design Development: Contribute to the concept and design development of residential and commercial projects.

Design Leadership: Lead the design department and provide expert design advice and solutions.

Team Collaboration: Facilitate internal brainstorming sessions with the project team and mentor junior designers.

Design Presentation: Develop design presentations, perspectives, and conceptual designs.

Material Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures that meet client requirements.

Industry Trends: Stay updated with new developments in the design industry and incorporate them into your work.

Project Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients at various stages of work.

Who are they looking for?

Design Expertise: Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude, good communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Vray, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

Language Proficiency: Good command in English and Mandarin (writing & spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
