The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Organize and manage work effectively and efficiently.
Prepare work schedules, project supervision plans, and documentation.
Coordinate effectively with third parties, landlords, subcontractors, and internal divisions.
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field.
Strong understanding of material and finishing specifications.
Familiar with fit‑out work processes for retail malls and standalone projects.
Proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Good understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work specifications.
