As a Senior Product Designer at Kargo, you’ll work among superstar engineers, product managers, and designers in a very fast-paced, rapidly growing, and multi-cultural environment. You will be obsessed with customer experience and satisfaction, quality, and improvement. You’ll pilot research to uncover new user experience solutions and be accountable for user experience design decisions in the organization.

Who you are and what you’ll do:

• Customer obsessed. You will take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users (internal team, shippers, transporters, and truck drivers).
• First principles thinker. You will define problems, ideate solutions, draw low fidelity/high fidelity sketches, and design interactions and experiences.
• Collaborative. You will work with superstar Product Managers and Product Engineers to build products that customers want, bring viable business impact, and are technically feasible.
• Let the best ideas win. You will give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Ownership. You will design and shape the brightest future of Kargo Technologies even though it means sacrificing your idealism and ego in the process.

• 5+ years in the product design field.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills that help you quickly adapt in a new dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in front-end programming will be a huge plus.
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design.
