Summary

Our Business Unit aims to support our clients’ performance improvement for management and operations, with services ranging from strategic planning to tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish a network of experts across the (local) industry.
• Collect/Research the latest market trends and movements.
• Propose and help develop industry-specific solutions relevant to market trends.
• Lead the Consulting Business in the manufacturing Industry both for Project lead/Management and Sales activity, providing insights and advice.
• Project Management: Manage the project by leading general PM tasks such as Entire Project Planning, Progress management, Issue Management, etc.
• Contribute Manufacturing Industry Consulting: Provide consulting services to the company mainly focusing on IT-related projects and/or Business Process Improvement. IT scope includes Front-End mobile apps, Core mainframe systems, and Data Management such as BI, Dashboard, etc.

Qualifications

1. Graduated from a reputable University with a related background.
2. Having more than 10 years of experience in IT Consulting related to Manufacturing Industries.
3. Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Ability to speak Japanese will be a plus.
4. Industry & Business Area: Industry knowledge and experience in Electronic Components, Consumer Products, and Plant Engineering.
5. Business Experience: Experience in Supply Chain Management Area.
6. Solution Experience: Implementation experience in ERP (SAP, Non-SAP), CRM, WM.
