We're looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to be part of our team.

What will you be doing?

• Manage Finance and Accounting Team to execute finance activities (Banking, Cash, AR, AP, Payroll)
• Manage vendor payments and keep track of all payments and expenditures
• Manage invoicing and AR collection
• Manage Cash Flow
• Manage Employee income tax and tax payments
• Social insurance (BPJS TK & BPJS-K) administration
• Produce routine monthly reports related to Cash Flow, AR, AP, and audit
• Closely coordinate with the Accounting Team to produce timely FA reports and audit reports

What about you?

• Bachelor's degree in economics majoring in Economics/ Accounting/ Finance/ Financial Management
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with some in a Head/ leader level in Finance and Accounting
• Familiar and hands-on experience in using Accounting Systems (MYOB/ SAP B1/ Acumatica/ Microsoft Business Central).
• Experience working in an IT service company is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions in a company
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to lead and manage the Finance and Accounting team
• Ability to build cross-departmental/divisional relationships
• Ability to multitask in a growing company and multinational environment
• Willing to be based in Bali (Relocation package of transportation, allowance, and a week of accommodation is available for successful non-Bali based candidates)
