As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide strategic oversight and independent guidance to the Board, particularly in areas related to financial restructuring, and governance, Your expertise in debt restructuring and familiarity with the Indonesian business technology landscape will be instrumental in shaping the company\'s long-term strategy. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Advising the board members on financial strategy, particularly around debt restructuring, capital optimization, and risk management.
• Providing independent oversight on governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Supporting strategic decision-making related to market expansion, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in Indonesia.
• Leveraging industry insights to challenge and support executive leadership in achieving sustainable growth.
• Participating in quarterly board meetings and ad-hoc strategic sessions.
• Act as a sounding board for the CEO and CFO on financial matters.
• Contributing to the development and review of long-term financial business strategies.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Offering expertise in relevant market trends and market opportunities.
• Supporting the evaluation of new business ventures and investments.

This role is open to candidates who have experience in Indonesian market, and is willing to attend a weekly meeting with the board members. Other key requirement to be successful:

• Proven experience as a senior executive or board member in a technology company will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in debt restructuring, turnaround strategy, or financial advisory.
• In-depth experience in financial restructuring.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including regulatory, cultural, and business dynamics.
• Independent thinker with high integrity and sound judgement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior board experience or governance certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in strategic planning and risk management.
