To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst located in Flex Batam.

Delivery Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems and designing details for automated systems to improve efficiency. The role involves supporting the IT system development projects team, administering, and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure reliable operation aligned with user needs.

• Determine required improvements on systems and supervise their correct implementation to meet customer requirements.
• Support customer applications.
• Analyze new requirements.
• Supervise staff on methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Analyze, define, and document system requirements including data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, interfaces, checks, controls, and outputs.
• Assess feasibility, cost, time, compatibility, and computer capabilities.
• Verify newly developed processes.
• Develop reports based on user requests.
• Address complex issues requiring in-depth analysis of situations or data.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain qualified, motivated staff.

• Educational background in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or related fields; or relevant work experience.
