Job description

Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure that the organization is receiving the most value from their products and services.

Manage vendor contracts and agreements, including negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring that vendors are meeting their contractual obligations.

Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including conducting vendor assessments and audits.

Monitor vendor risk and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements and develop plans to mitigate those risks.

Maintain document control procedures, including version control and change management processes.

Ensure that all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.

Develop and maintain document templates and style guides to ensure consistency in documentation.

Develop and maintain vendor management policies, procedures, and standards.

Provide regular reports on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Informatics
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or a related field with knowledge of IT industry trends and vendor landscape.
• Very good general knowledge of information and communication technology
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and working with cross-functional teams.
