Job summary
A healthcare organization in Jakarta Barat is seeking an HR Manager to establish HR operations and strategic practices. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to implement effective HR metrics, enhance recruitment processes, and conduct HR budgeting. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in the hospital or healthcare sectors and be proficient in managing medical personnel regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in hospital/healthcare/pharmaceutical industries.
- Familiar with regulations and dynamics related to medical personnel.
Responsibilities
- Kickstart the HR department with operational and strategic practices.
- Partner with the CEO to revamp key HR practices.
- Identify training needs and areas for employee development.
- Conduct HR budgeting and review manpower needs.
- Enhance recruitment practices and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Skills
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible to kickstart the HR department, both its operational and strategic practices. You will partner directly with the CEO to revamp key HR practices and advise senior leaders on matters such as:
- Initiating performance management metrics to identify employee's areas to develop
- Engage in training needs analysis to address skill gaps
- Maintain HR budgeting activities and reviewing annual manpower needs
- Review recruitment practice and identify potential challenges to create seamless candidate experience
- Proactively research market compensation and identify ways to create competitiveness relative to market
- Have 3+ years of experience with a track record of working preferably from the hospital/healthcare/pharmaceutical industries
- Used to dealing with medical personnels and are highly familiar with related manpower regulations and dynamics of the industry
