  • Preferably Manager/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Mom & Baby/General, especially in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Modern Trade and account management.

Job Description
  • Complete monthly sales target for each outlet and brand.
  • Identify local MT shops for mutually beneficial cooperation.
  • Communicate and negotiate with key accounts (Local MT).
  • Control promotional activities at outlets according to the plan.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities.
  • Ensure growth of existing business and generate new opportunities to increase market share.
  • Prepare progress reports on sales, distribution, and promotions.
  • Handle feedback from key accounts.
  • Report findings to the BOD.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Preferably Manager/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Mom & Baby/General, especially in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Modern Trade and account management.
  • Strong relationships with key account channels (Local Modern Trade).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team‑management skills.
