Marketing Manager – PT Aroma Prima Livindo

Location: Rukan Crown, Jl. Green Lake City Boulevard No.28 Blok A, RT.005/RW.008, Petir, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, Banten 15147
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for perfume and personal care categories to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Manage the full marketing mix across ATL, BTL, Digital, and Trade Marketing channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight studies to shape effective brand positioning and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Design, lead, and execute 360° marketing campaigns — including product launches, promotional programs, awareness initiatives, activations, and KOL/influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, and Trade teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and monitor campaign KPIs (ROI, Market Share, Brand Health, Sales Output) to evaluate performance and optimize future strategies.
  • Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior to continuously innovate and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the perfume or personal care category is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, and Trade Marketing).
  • Data-driven, growth-oriented, and highly focused on achieving measurable business results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
