Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily financial transactions, such as receipts, expenses, and journal recording, including invoices, payments, and monitoring bank accounts.
  2. Create accurate and up-to-date accounting records of financial transactions, including account balancing, reconciliations, and journal recording.
  3. Assist in the internal and external audit process by providing the required documents and data to the auditor.
  4. Register using the SILOG system.
  5. Make payments according to the scheduled terms.

General Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including risk identification, documentation, and control within the department.
  2. Foster and ensure team commitment to understanding and adhering to all applicable IMS requirements.
  3. Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, or unsafe actions, providing accurate information and reports.
  4. Engage in information security controls to protect company assets from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  1. D3/S1 graduate in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in Finance.
  3. Brevet AB certification.
  4. Ability to prepare financial reports.
  5. Understanding of MK3L / QHSE standards.
