Job Description

Monitor, develop, and maintain a systematic approach to track business performance, including commercial metrics and operational KPIs.

Provide performance forecasts and trend analysis to management, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Track and control Opex vs. budget, ensuring efficient spending while delivering accurate insights.

Build, update, and manage dashboards and key reports for management and stakeholders.

Liaise with functional leaders to ensure alignment with business goals, and support strategic initiatives with relevant data insights.

Identify performance gaps, manage ad-hoc performance analysis requests, and lead improvement initiatives for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong financial, operational, and project management skills, with proven experience in managing commercial or business growth initiatives.

Experience in business performance reporting, process improvement, and execution of projects from planning through to reporting.

Excellent business acumen and understanding of commercial operations, combined with advanced analytical and problem-solving ability.

Exposure to fintech, lending, or SaaS operations preferred would be a plus.

Ability to collaborate across divisions to deliver measurable improvements.
