A leading high-end main contractor is seeking a Working Foreman to join on a freelance basis, focusing on high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects in London. Ideal candidates should have a carpentry background and a solid track record on similar projects. This role offers competitive daily rates and exposure to exclusive luxury projects.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record of working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to work hands-on and manage teams effectively.
- Experience working in occupied buildings is preferred.
Aufgaben
- Manage and oversee high-end fit-out projects.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Work closely with various stakeholders and clients.
Kenntnisse
Salary: £180 – £200 per day
Location: Hertfordshire, London
A leading high-end main contractor that covers a diverse range of exclusive luxury residential and commercial projects across London has a great opportunity for a Working Foreman to join them on a freelance basis, working on high-end commercial and residential fit out projects across London.
The company has been operating for over 20 years and has built an excellent portfolio of clients, covering a number of London’s most diverse and exclusive high-end residential and retail projects. Due to the quality of their work, they continuously secure repeat business and have forged long-standing relationships with a number of key clients.
They are looking for a Working Foreman to join them as soon as possible, working on fast-paced and quick turnaround projects. They are looking for someone who is hands-on and comes from a carpentry background, with a track record working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Experience:
- Carpentry background
- Happy to be hands-on / on the tools when required
- Track record working on high-end residential and commercial projects
- Familiar working in occupied buildings
- CSCS
