A leading entertainment company is seeking a Retail Supervisor in London. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while selling merchandise and ensuring a magical experience for Guests. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and ideally some experience in retail. This position requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
The merchandise seller is responsible for providing exceptional service whilst selling merchandise and creating magical memories for Guests from around the world! Whilst handling payment transactions and inventory with accuracy, they create a fun and engaging experience for Guests of all ages, contributing to the overall success of the retail business.
The role has a large impact on the efficiency of daily operations and is required to achieve tasks in a positive, proactive, and professional manner; whilst collaborating with colleagues to meet goals. As a revenue generating role this job requires individuals to achieve results through proactive selling, a focus on promotions & incentives, adapting to different sales areas & techniques, and maximise opportunities for sales throughout a sales period.
