Retail Supervisor in Weymouth

35 hours per week

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a positive environment: Maintaining product availability and branch standards, making the branch a great place to work.
