Qualifications

• 3-5 years in demand planning, supply chain, or commercial planning roles.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in forecasting.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop close partnerships across key customers to drive adoption to TBS technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply chain.
• Support the S&OP process by presenting forecasts and identifying risks.
• Monitor post-launch performance of new products and align with markets.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to inform forecast models.
