A healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Maintenance Support / Water Tester Team Member to assist with property maintenance duties. The role includes regular water testing and standard maintenance tasks. Training and tools will be provided, making it ideal for those looking to develop in a supportive environment. To assist with Property Maintenance work within the Trust by undertaking semi-skilled functions and performing responsively to service users. Maintenance Support / Water Tester Team Member Band 3 AFC. The Property Maintenance Department (Estates) require the assistance of a full-time (37.5 HR/week) Support Team operative to assist in the busy day-to-day running of the Epsom Estates Dept. Training and basic tools will be provided and additional formal training can be discussed as part of a personal development plan.
