Job description
Overview

To assist with Property Maintenance work within the Trust by undertaking semi-skilled functions and performing responsively to service users. Maintenance Support / Water Tester Team Member Band 3 AFC. The Property Maintenance Department (Estates) require the assistance of a full-time (37.5 HR/week) Support Team operative to assist in the busy day-to-day running of the Epsom Estates Dept. Training and basic tools will be provided and additional formal training can be discussed as part of a personal development plan.

  • Undertake regular water temperature and testing, standard maintenance duties in addition to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works.
