A healthcare organization in London is seeking a part-time End of Life Care Facilitator. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time (15 hrs/week), permanent End of Life Care Facilitator post based in the Palliative Care Service at the Homerton Hospital site. The service provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care to adult patients and people important to them at the hospital and Mary Seacole Nursing Home.
