Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services (BSPS) are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and highly flexible individual to fill a part-time job share position as Head of Transport at our Cody Depot in Farnborough.

1. Support the Head of Transport in managing the BSPS transport service, including strategic leadership and covering duties in their absence.
2. Provide day-to-day leadership to the BSPS Transport team.
3. Set and uphold standards of work within the pathology transport service.
4. Recruit and train staff across multiple sites and Trusts.
5. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and handle demanding customer interactions.

• Keyboard and driving skills are vital.

We serve around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and south Buckinghamshire, providing a range of hospital and specialist services including heart attack, vascular, stroke, spinal, cystic fibrosis, and plastic surgery services.
