Planning and Logistics Manager – Bridgnorth

Permanent. Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience). Monday – Friday (40 hours).

We’re partnering with a well‑established and growing organisation that is looking to enhance its logistics and operational planning capabilities. We’re seeking an experienced transport and logistics professional who will play a key role in optimising resource planning and ensuring the seamless delivery of tailored solutions to customers across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee logistics planning for movements, ensuring timely delivery and preparation.
  • Improve systems and processes to support scalable operations.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to optimise cost and service.
  • Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to align logistics with project needs.
  • Manage resource allocation and scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a Logistics Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Logistics type role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
