Butler Ross Recruitment is seeking a motivated & driven Graduate to join their team in Winchester as a Recruitment Consultant or Candidate Attraction Consultant.

Salary: £25,000 to £26,000 per annum, with excellent additional commission and benefits.

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development, customer service, or target-driven environments (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly motivated, tenacious, and driven to succeed.
• Confident and commercially astute.
• Highly organized and a good listener.

• Develop understanding of a specific market.
• Call client contacts to gain new vacancies and build relationships.
• Call candidates to qualify them and build the candidate database.
• Find and add new businesses and contacts to your client base.
• Achieve targets and meet clients and candidates.
• Take job specifications, write advertisements, and attract candidates.
• Qualify candidates and arrange interviews.
• Take interview feedback and close candidates on job offers.
