What you'll do:
Create whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and other technical documentation
Translate complex product requirements documents into clear content for a variety of audiences
Gather and validate technical information with SMEs, product strategists, and key stakeholders
What we're looking for:
At least three years of experience in technical content creation, particularly ebooks and whitepapers
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of observability/cloud monitoring - advantage
Strong creative writing, editing, and research skills
Experience working alongside designers to facilitate the creation of supplemental illustrations - advantage
