Salary: £14.23 per hour, plus Veolia benefits. Overtime when needed.

Hours: 47.5 hours per week across 5 days on a rolling rota, including weekend work. 08:00 – 18:00.

Location: Veolia Household Waste Recycling Centre, Newbury, RG20 9AG.

• Provide excellent customer service and recycling advice to the public
• Create a safe place to visit and work
• Manage a team of operatives
• Run the site when the supervisor is absent
• Open and close the site depending on shift pattern
• Maintain site safety, rules and efficient use of available resources

• Experience within a similar operational team leader role
• Good IT skills
• Good working operational knowledge of Health & Safety
• Preferred experience in waste industry and customer service
