Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Production Team Leader for a prominent food manufacturer in Greater Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have significant management experience in a food manufacturing environment and a proven track record in operational improvements. This role offers a three-day working week with 12-hour shifts, focused on achieving efficiency and maintaining high safety standards.

- Lead and motivate a production team to achieve site targets in quality, yield, cost, and delivery.
- You’ll ensure a safe and supportive working environment, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, and HSE standards.
- This role is key to delivering the production plan efficiently while minimising downtime and waste.
- THREE DAY WORKING WEEK
- Permanent DAYS - NO ROTATIONS
- 12 hour shifts, 6am-6pm
- Significant management experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proven track record of delivering operational improvements.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HSE standards.
- IT literate, with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
