Food & Beverage Supervisor – £29,413 per annum – Immediate Start – Henley-on-Thames

Optime Group is delighted to be recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor on behalf of a prestigious private members’ club based in Henley-on-Thames.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to take the next step in their career, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined and high-end setting.

What’s on offer:
  • Salary: £29,413 per annum
  • Start: Immediate
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Henley-on-Thames
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Benefits: Development opportunities, complimentary meals on duty, uniform provided, access to selected club facilities, and Staff fund payable once a year at the end of January
  • Live in position available for this role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all day-to-day F&B operations.
  • Deliver consistently outstanding service to all members and guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintain service standards in line with operational procedures and company expectations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, efficiency, and member satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, supporting and motivating the team to uphold five-star service standards.
  • Ensure excellent product knowledge of menus, events, and promotions.
  • Take ownership of Duty Manager shifts on a rotational basis to support wider operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar leadership role within a premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering luxury service.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to lead by example.
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
