The Role
  • Lead and motivate a production team to achieve site targets in quality, yield, cost, and delivery.
  • You’ll ensure a safe and supportive working environment, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, and HSE standards.
  • This role is key to delivering the production plan efficiently while minimising downtime and waste.
The Shift
  • THREE DAY WORKING WEEK
  • Permanent DAYS - NO ROTATIONS
  • 12 hour shifts, 6am-6pm
The Ideal Candidate
  • Significant management experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HSE standards.
  • IT literate, with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
