Personal Care Assistant for a 10 YO Girl - 10 hours per week - £11.44 p/h - LEEDS - LS14

My name is Evie, I am 10 years old. I have significant learning disability and mobility impairments, however I love dancing, watching TV and eating cake! I love people and like singing with everyone and giggling.

I cannot say many words and I walk with support of a K-frame or supported by an adult. I also have a wheelchair for longer day trips.

I need help with all aspects of life from feeding to dressing to personal care and mobility - particularly in the afternoon/early evening after school on Thursdays (5pm-8pm). At weekends, I love to swim (with help at SNAPS in Meanwood), go horse riding (East Keswick) and go to the cinema.

• Support me to get dressed and use the toilet
• Support me to eat
• Accompany me to the cinema or other activities such as the park, music shows, picnics
• Sing with me!

• We need someone who is experienced in working with someone with behaviors that can at times be challenging
• We live in the LS14 area.
