We’re looking for a reliable and engaging male Personal Assistant to support a 15-year-old autistic young man in St Andrews. This role is all about empowering him to grow his independence while having fun in the community.

• You’ll help him practice everyday life skills like using public transport, ordering food, or buying tickets — all while going on enjoyable outings like walks, meals out, or cinema trips.
• He’s keen to try new things and needs someone who will treat him with respect and encouragement.

• A positive male role model
• Respectful and encouraging
• PVG-registered (or willing to join)
• Flexible and enthusiastic about making outings enjoyable and safe

You’ll be working closely with the young man and his family, helping shape meaningful experiences and skills that will last a lifetime.
