Our client is based in Poole and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the HR team is looking for additional support.
- Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide guidance to staff on HR-related queries and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
A successful HR Administrator should have:
