• 3+ years' commercial experience, preferably at mid/senior/lead levels.
• Strong PHP fundamentals and full-stack capability.
• Comfortable working in small teams and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver full-stack development with strong PHP focus.
• Modernise and refactor existing systems into scalable components.
• Build new features across web and mobile platforms.
• Support ongoing platform improvements and internal teams.
