With training, the first weeks will be spent shadowing a senior team member. Applicants with an interest in IT, even without hands‑on experience, are welcome.
- Provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT across a set of schools.
- Work on larger installations in line with documented project plans.
- Deliver reactive IT support (telephone, remote, site visits, hardware quotations).
- Research and document development projects and procedures aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong customer service skills.
- An interest in IT and a career in this area.
- Ideally some form of IT qualification (GCSE/A Level) although this is not essential.
- Happy to work term time only.
- Full UK licence with access to own vehicle.

We currently work in over 50 local authorities, with 600 schools.
- Competitive basic salary of £24,043.50, prorated to reflect the part‑time nature (actual salary £20,621.93).
