Site Supervisor jobs in United Arab Emirates

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate sub-contractor works to ensure project obligations are fulfilled.
2. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, legal requirements, and statutory standards.
3. Assist in delivering high-quality service for M&E planned commercial and minor projects.
4. Supervise external sub-contractors, contractors, and directly employed staff.
5. Oversee various M&E installation programmes and site activities, including mobilisation and welfare.
6. Maintain project documentation, update systems, spreadsheets, forms, and MS Project.
7. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to monitor contract performance.
8. Attend site meetings to foster client relationships and manage expectations.
9. Conduct periodic performance appraisals for staff.
10. Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent).
• Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training.
• Experience in staff management.
• Strong understanding of progress reporting and contract operation in the M&E and building sector.
• Health and safety certifications such as Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid, etc.
