As a Trainee Construction Supervisor, you will learn how to support and manage operational teams within a defined area. This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands‑on experience in coordinating works, ensuring safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to develop the skills needed for future leadership roles.

  • Assist in coordinating crews and resources for civil works projects. Shadow supervisors during site inspections and learn how to monitor work quality and safety.
  • Support with basic fleet and equipment checks under guidance.
  • Learn how to maintain accurate records and update client systems.
  • Observe and assist in planning and scheduling activities to understand resource allocation.
  • Develop knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards and how they are applied on‑site. Build communication skills by interacting with team members and clients under supervision.
  • Gain an understanding of reading drawings and specifications related to civil works. Keen interest in Construction management and Capital works. good understanding of the nature of capital works.
