SITE SUPERVISOR - GROUNDWORKS / HIGHWAYS

Location: Various UK Sites
Contract: Ongoing - Immediate Start 🚧

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a major highways and groundworks project with a leading UK civil engineering contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising site teams across highways and groundworks operations
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining daily site records
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and compliance with project standards
• Supporting the Site Manager with planning, problem-solving, and progress reporting

Essential Requirements

• Highways Passport (valid)
• Valid Safety-Critical Medical
• Gold CSCS/CPCS Card
• SSSTS
• Strong background in highways, drainage, kerbing, earthworks, or general civil engineering
• Proven experience supervising teams on major infrastructure or groundworks projects
