Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising multiple rigging gangs on large construction or industrial sites.
• Familiarity with relevant legislation (LOLER, PUWER, Work at Height Regulations).
• Ability to read and interpret lift plans, drawings, and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee several rigging gangs working across the site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments with rigging teams.
• Ensure all rigging operations comply with current legislation and site procedures.

Skills

Valid Crane/Lift Supervisor Ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent)

Strong working knowledge of lift planning

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Rigging/Lifting Operations

SSSTS certification
