- Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
- Lead, mentor and motivate site and project teams, ensuring consistent performance.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and customer service colleagues.
- Drive health & safety and ISO quality compliance across all sites.
- Champion continuous improvement, buildability and value engineering.
- Build excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider supply chain.
- Proven experience leading multiple construction projects at once.
- Strong knowledge of D&B contracts and project planning tools (ASTA Power Projects).
- Background in residential or mixed-use developments (groundworks, civil engineering, RC frame).
- Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- SMSTS, First Aid, CIOB qualification (desirable).
