You'll motivate teams, influence design and delivery, and represent Hill in client and stakeholder relationships. Your leadership will make a direct impact on our success-and help shape communities across the region.

What you'll do
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate site and project teams, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and customer service colleagues.
  • Drive health & safety and ISO quality compliance across all sites.
  • Champion continuous improvement, buildability and value engineering.
  • Build excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider supply chain.
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience leading multiple construction projects at once.
  • Strong knowledge of D&B contracts and project planning tools (ASTA Power Projects).
  • Background in residential or mixed-use developments (groundworks, civil engineering, RC frame).
  • Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CIOB qualification (desirable).
